Stella Holt
Stella grew up in East Sussex and trained in Hospitality, Catering and Hotelkeeping in Brighton, on the South Coast of the UK.
Stella is a wife, mother and grandmother, and has over 40 years of experience in Hospitality and Catering, and Customer Service. Working life has included hotels, restaurants, pubs, large supermarkets, catering manager at a children’s nursery, a nursing home, managing a social club, and starting her own business.
Having her own health problems, Stella had to leave the hospitality profession she loved and is now a qualified trainer of food allergen management and food safety for that industry, delivering accredited courses.
Over the years, Stella has gained experience in business management and the financial side of running a business. Who would have thought that the 10-year-old who told her teacher she hated maths, would end up enjoying figures?
Stella brings her experience of managing finances, people, training, and business, along with a desire to help others who are struggling with life.
Stella’s hobbies include singing, playing various musical instruments, needlecrafts, reading, and gardening.
Many of Stella’s skills will be beneficial to The Forest of Dean Pink Elephant Project.
