The Forest of Dean Pink Elephant Project offers a menu of arts and crafts classes. These classes are open to all and will give you an opportunity to develop your creative skills.

Anxiety and stress are common experiences for many people, and finding effective ways to manage these feelings can be challenging. However, arts and crafts can a powerful tools for managing anxiety and stress. For people struggling with mental health issues, they can escape their thoughts, and focus on something positive and creative. There will be project staff on hand to help with any specific issues, and these can be discussed privately and in confidence.
We know that some people may be dealing with loneliness, or may not be able to get out much. We encourage anyone who feels this way to join us for a chat, drink and craft.
